Wordpress Updates & Support

A quick fix or an extra hand to get web work done.

Whether you handle most website updates yourself and you want someone to call on from time to time – when you’re too busy or you’re not sure how to make a change – or you want a partner who can take care of all aspects of the website for you: we’re happy to work with you as you need.

We’ve been in the website support/helping customers business for 20 years and have the skills, resources, and time to get your work done when you need it.

Typical things we’ll work on in a day range from updating text and images on websites, through adding new pages and setting up microsites, to “help my site is broken and we have an ad running right now!”.

Call or send us an email and we’ll always get back to you within a couple of hours to let you know we’ve received your request and when the work will be done.

How Long Do Updates Take?

It depends on what’s required, but generally speaking a change to an image or a piece of text on a web page its probably going to be 15 – 30 minutes.  Adding a new blog entry might take about the same amount of timel; but if we have to do any formatting and maybe find or resize an image it will take longer.

To create a new page on a website takes just a few minutes, but then to set it up with all of the content and images might take a couple of hours.  Best thing to do is contact us about what’s needed and we can provide you with an estimate.

Pricing

Site updates are billed at $125/hr, in 15 minute increments
If a update takes 15 minutes you will be billed 15 minutes, not an hour.
